Kimberly Gambrall is a transactional attorney with a strong foundation in commercial real estate, business transactions and agricultural land uses.

Kim's past work includes representing developers, investors, brokers, and property owners in the acquisition and sale of shopping centers, commercial buildings, and farmland, as well as advising on commercial and agricultural leases. She has also supported wine and other agricultural industry clients through a wide range of corporate transactions and regulatory issues and has guided family-owned businesses through succession planning and business transactions. Her current practice focuses on land use issues that arise in real estate transactions. She advises clients on navigating regulatory frameworks, land use entitlements, and environmental considerations that impact the development, use, and transfer of real property.

Prior to practicing law, Kim spent years working for her family owned and operated agribusiness wherein she gained industry knowledge of business operations and property management. She uses this background to bring practical, deal-focused insight to matters at the intersection of land use, agriculture, and business.
