Kameron Schroeder focuses on environmental and natural resources law and complex civil litigation. He represents clients on regulatory compliance matters and environmental litigation involving both federal and state environmental laws. Kameron is admitted to practice in Oregon and California.

Before joining the firm, Kameron practiced at a boutique environmental law firm in Portland, Oregon, where he advised clients on environmental and regulatory issues under the Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, and related state laws. His experience includes representing municipalities in environmental contamination and cost recovery litigation, defending liability claims under state cleanup statutes, counseling local governments on emerging PFAS issues, and advising clients on permitting and regulatory matters involving mining operations.

Kameron's legal experience includes a judicial externship with the Honorable Mustafa T. Kasubhai of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, where he researched legal issues and helped to draft judicial opinions. Previously, he was a legal intern with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and a law clerk with the American Forest Resource Council, where he gained experience in environmental litigation, administrative law, and public lands issues.

Kameron earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He also holds a Master of Environmental Policy from Duke University, where he graduated as valedictorian, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University, where he was a scholarship football player.
